about capella farm

Capella Farm is an ever-evolving, regenerative, and biodynamic farm and ecosystem cultivated with curiosity and cared for lovingly to nourish the land and our community.

Our mission is to cultivate and create offerings that nourish mind, body, and spirit – growing medicinal herbs that support wellness, tending cut flowers that uplift the heart, crafting ferments that strengthen and rejuvenate, and preserving seasonal abundance that connects us to the rhythms of nature.

Established in 2023, we followed our passions for the natural world down the rabbit holes of permaculture, biophilia, regenerative agriculture, and botany and have been failing, learning, and growing ever since.

Zoe Zuker

Co-Owner/Founder | Plant Lady | Musician
Coming from a background of digital marketing, web design and development, coffee shop girl-with-a-guitar, and a true hipster before it was cool, Zoe found her passion for growing things in her early 30's and has since let the curiosity grow into a truly consuming passion. On the farm, you'll find her throwing out words like "hyaluronicdies" to wayward dahlia branches.

Co-Owner/Founder | Master Brewer | Orchard Man
Gene brings his curiosity for the inner workings and natural processes of all living things to the farm. He manages many of the perennial systems and oversees most of the infrastructure on the farm. He’ll be bringing his expertise as a master brewer to all things fermented in the near future.
Billie the Husky Capella Farm

Billie Allday

First Farm Dog | Mole Mitigation | Snuggle Buddy
Billie was meant to be our first ever foster dog back in our Denver days. Fortunately, we came to our senses and quickly made her a permanent part of our family. Her enthusiasm for napping is only met by her passion for ending the scourge of furry pests of both ground and tree, making her our official (and disturbingly efficient) vermin mitigation system. On her days off you can find her hoarding her wealth of toys and balls in her den like the treasure loving dragon she is at heart. 10/10 absolutely perfect dog.

Second Farm Dog | Gentle Giant | Cloud Bear
In our second year at the farm, we decided it was time to expand the family and found a litter of cloud bear cubs (great pyranees puppies) in need of loving homes at our verry own Center Valley Animal Rescue here in Quilcene. To our delighted surprise, what we brought home was not just an adorable addition but a soft-hearted and curious pup with a deep love of rocks and butterflies. On any given day, you can find her serene and staring off in the distance, "Ferdinanding" as we like to call it, after a favorite peace-loving bull from the famous children's story.
